Does your Branch have a Union Learning Rep?
ULR's can help your branch by
• Encouraging members who may not have been active before to get involved in ATL and participate in branches making your branch stronger through more member involvement.
• Adding a new dimension to a branch profile through highlighting learning as part of the branch agenda and offering the chance to address inequalities in access to learning and training.
• Raising the profile of branches amongst existing members and non-members by taking the subject of learning seriously
• Organising learning events and supporting members with learning needs
